Refund and cancellation policy
Effective
If DejaShot isn’t for you, email harsh@sonealabs.com within 14 days of buying and you’ll get a full refund. No forms and no questions you don’t want to answer.
How it works
- The refund window is 14 days from the day you bought, whether or not you’ve downloaded or activated DejaShot.
- Write from the email you bought with, or include it or your order number.
- Dodo Payments, our reseller and merchant of record, refunds the full amount, including tax, to your original payment method. It usually arrives within a few business days, depending on your bank.
- Once refunded, the license stops working the next time DejaShot checks it.
- We refuse refunds only in cases of fraud or abuse.
Nothing to cancel
DejaShot is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there’s nothing to cancel and nothing will be charged again.
Free launch licenses
Licenses from the free launch edition cost nothing, so there’s nothing to refund.
After the refund window
After the window, refunds are up to us. This never affects your statutory rights, for example if DejaShot doesn’t work as described.
Chargebacks
Please email us before you dispute a charge. We’ll sort it out quickly. Your card statement shows Dodo Payments, not DejaShot. A chargeback also ends the license.
